How to buy products in the online store www.spiceunits.ee
Create your account in the store www.spiceunits.ee
- Select the products you want to buy.
- Add them to the cart.
- Click on the «Cart» link in the upper right corner to proceed.
- Make sure that the products in the cart are exactly what you wanted and that the quantity is correct.
- If everything is correct, click «Continue Shopping».
- On the next page, enter the address and name to which the order will be issued.
- Make sure the entered data is correct and click «Continue».
- Select the delivery method and click «Continue».

- Choose «Payment via Makecommerce».
- Select the appropriate bank.
- Read the Terms of Use and confirm «Accept Terms of Use».
- Click the «Pay» button, and you will be redirected to the online bank where you can pay for the order. After this, an order confirmation will be sent to your email address.
- As soon as the parcel is delivered to the destination terminal, Itella Smartpost sends an SMS message to the mobile phone provided during order placement.
⚠️ Be careful when placing an order, as the accuracy and reliability of this information affects the prompt delivery of your purchased goods.
TERMS OF USE AND PRIVACY POLICY
The owner of www.spiceunits.ee (hereinafter referred to as the Online Store) is Spice Units OÜ (registration code 17176944), located at Suur-Sõjamäe 25a, Tallinn 11415.
Duration of the sales agreement, product information, and price
The terms of sale apply to the purchase of goods in the Online Store.
Prices for goods sold in the Online Store are indicated on the items. The listed price includes VAT.
The delivery fee will be added to the price of the item. The cost of delivery depends on the buyer’s location and the delivery method. The delivery cost is displayed to the buyer during checkout.
Product information is provided in the «Product Information» section of the Online Store.
Payment for goods
Payment is made in euros.
A bank link is a way to pay for goods through online banking. After placing the order, select the necessary bank link, which will direct you to the selected online bank.
Order Placement
To order products, you must have an account in the online store. Add products to the cart. To complete the order, fill in the necessary fields and confirm the order.
The invoice will be sent to the email address you provided when placing the order. The agreement takes effect upon receipt of the paid amount for the goods to the account of the online store.
If the ordered goods cannot be delivered, the buyer will be informed as soon as possible, and the paid money (including delivery costs) will be refunded immediately, but no later than within 14 days from the notification.
Delivery
Our store delivers products using Itella Smartpost to a local parcel terminal or by courier. Delivery is within Estonia.
⚠️ Maximum delivery time is 15 days. If the item is not in stock, the paid amount will be refunded to the buyer.
Free delivery to Estonian Itella Smartpost parcel terminals for orders of €30 or more.
When confirming the order, select the appropriate delivery method.

Order cancellation and product return
The client has the right to cancel the order after paying for the goods but before delivery by sending an email to info@spiceunits.ee with the order number and their bank account number or by calling Spice Units OÜ at +372 53000090.
After receiving the goods, the buyer has 14 days to inspect the products. If for any reason the purchased product does not suit you, you can return or exchange it within 14 days by sending a notification to the online store with your order number and bank account details, or by calling +372 53000090.
⚠️ NB! If the product has been used — that is, the packaging, jar, or bottle has been opened — the product cannot be returned or exchanged!
All questions related to returns should be addressed to: info@spiceunits.ee no later than 14 days from the receipt of the goods and resolved in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Estonia.
Direct marketing and personal data processing
The online store uses personal data entered by the buyer (including name, phone number, address, email, bank details) only for processing the order and delivering the product.
The online store provides personal data to Itella Smartpost OÜ for the delivery of goods.
Newsletters and offers will be sent to the buyer’s email only if the buyer has provided their email address on the website and expressed a wish to receive such notices. The buyer can unsubscribe at any time by notifying info@spiceunits.ee or following the instructions in the email.
Purchase history data (purchase date, item, quantity, customer info) is used for reviewing purchased goods and analyzing customer preferences.
The bank account number is used for refunding payments to the client.
Personal data such as email, phone number, and customer name are processed for solving issues related to the delivery of goods and services (customer support).
The user’s IP address or other network identifiers are processed by the online store to provide informational services and compile usage statistics.
Legal basis
The processing of personal data is carried out for fulfilling a contract with the client.
The processing of personal data is carried out for fulfilling legal obligations (e.g., accounting or consumer dispute resolution).
Recipients of personal data
Personal data is transmitted to the online store’s customer support service for managing purchases and resolving customer issues.
Spice Units OÜ is the primary processor of personal data. Spice Units OÜ transmits personal data necessary for payment processing to Maksekeskus AS and for delivery to Itella Estonia OÜ.
Data security and access
Personal data is stored on servers located within the EU or countries associated with the EU. Data may be transferred to countries with adequate data protection levels as assessed by the European Commission, and to U.S. companies that have joined the Privacy Shield framework.
Only online store employees have access to personal data — solely for resolving technical issues and providing customer support.
The online store implements appropriate physical, organizational, and IT security measures to protect personal data from accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, alteration, unauthorized access, or disclosure.
The transfer of data to authorized processors (e.g., transport or hosting providers) is based on contracts. Processors are obliged to apply adequate security measures.
Withdrawal of consent
If data processing is based on customer consent, the customer can withdraw consent by notifying customer support via email.
Data retention
Personal data will be deleted upon closure of the customer account and retained only for accounting or resolving disputes.
If a purchase was made without creating an account, the purchase history is kept for 3 years.
In the event of payment or consumer disputes, data is stored until the claim is resolved or the statute of limitations expires.
Personal data required for accounting is stored for 7 years.
Data deletion
To delete personal data, contact customer support via email. The request will be responded to within one month, with an indication of the deletion timeframe.
Data transfer
Requests for data transfer will be responded to within one month. Customer support will identify the requester and inform them about the personal data to be transferred.
Complaint procedure
The buyer has the right to contact the online store no later than within 2 months via email at info@spiceunits.ee or by phone at +372 53000090.
The online store will respond to the complaint in writing or in a reproducible format within 15 days.
Dispute resolution
If the buyer has any complaints regarding the online store, they should be sent to info@spiceunits.ee.
If the buyer and online store cannot reach an agreement, the buyer may contact the Consumer Disputes Committee. The committee is authorized to resolve disputes arising from agreements between buyers and online stores. Review by the committee is free of charge.
