A universal seasoning obtained by grinding fresh garlic dried in the sun or in special chambers. It can be ground into flour (garlic powder), granulated or in the form of flakes. Dried garlic retains almost all the properties of fresh garlic. Dried garlic does not turn black when fried, so it can be sprinkled on finished baked goods.
